Day Tours and Activities

We have set up a wide variety of tours and activities for accompanying delegates during the meeting. Full details of the available tours can be downloaded in PDF form using the link below. Should you have an activity in mind which is not on the list below, we will be delighted to assist in meeting your needs. Please email cindy@golfandgame.co.za, the Meetings official Tour Operator (Golf & Game Safari Company ) , who will be delighted to assist you. Golf & Game Safari will also be based at the Congress Registration Desk to provide on-site assistance.

Accompanying Delegates Programmes

Click on this button to go to our booking form, which will allow you to indicate which of the activities you will be interested in. When you submit this form after completing it, an e-mail will be sent to you confirming your selection. Golf and Game Safari will then contact you within 48 hours by e-mail to make booking and to sort out payment.

Terms and Conditions

Full payment of tours is required prior to departure of the tour.
All tours are subject to availability. However a suitable alternative can usually be sourced if tours are fully booked.
A strict cancellation policy will be levied on cancellations.
A cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to departure will not be refunded.
