Hotel accommodation has been reserved at The Durban Hilton Hotel and at many near-by hotels in Durban. In order to obtain the Congress rate for hotels, bookings have to be made through Royal House, Congress Organiser. Please see information about the hotels and hotel rates on the Congress website.
If you intend sharing a room in any hotel with another registered delegate, please ensure that only one of you books the shared room. We will then debit only one of the sharing delegates for the cost of the room and allow you to split the costs with your colleague.
If you would like to organise a block accommodation booking (more than one room), please do not use this form, but rather click on this link (cindy@golfandgame.co.za) to open an e-mail to Cindy at Golf & Game Safaris, and insert “please contact me to arrange a block accommodation booking” into the heading of the e-mail. We will then make e-mail contact with you to organise your block booking.
